About the Role

Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for demand generation and revenue growth? As a Demand Generation Manager at CORE, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing strategies to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and drive revenue. This role bridges marketing and sales, leveraging insights to optimize campaigns and ensure alignment across teams. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for higher education segments.
  • Manage and optimize paid media efforts, including PPC, display advertising, and retargeting.
  • Enhance SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Plan and execute high-impact webinars for higher education institutions.
  • Create and A/B test landing pages to maximize conversions.
  • Develop personalized campaigns tailored to the unique needs of education clients.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs such as campaign ROI, CPL, and CPA.
Funnel Optimization
  • Analyze and refine the lead-to-revenue funnel to improve conversion rates.
  • Optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and overall pipeline contribution.
  • Align strategies with revenue goals in collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
  • Implement data-driven lead nurturing workflows and scoring models.
Marketing Automation 
  • Manage workflows in HubSpot to optimize lead nurturing and scoring.
  • Regularly audit and enhance automation processes to align with business needs.
  • Develop segmentation strategies for improved engagement and conversion.
Performance Tracking & Reporting 
  • Track key campaign metrics (ROI, CPL, CPA) to assess effectiveness.
  • Evaluate content performance through detailed analytics.
  • Present performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use data-driven insights to guide future strategies.
Sales Alignment
  • Partner with sales to refine lead scoring, SLAs, and handoff processes.
  • Develop strategies to maximize pipeline contribution and revenue growth.
  • Establish continuous feedback loops with sales to improve campaign performance.
Digital Advertising & Online Presence 
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising efforts across higher education platforms.
  • Ensure website content supports lead generation and offers a seamless user experience.
  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through social media and community engagement.
  • Repurpose existing content for education decision-makers, including case studies and testimonials.
Metrics & Reporting 
  • Track and analyze demand generation performance for continuous improvement.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and optimize campaign ROI.
What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in demand generation for SaaS companies.
  • HubSpot certification.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, SEO, and digital advertising.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Experience in higher education technology or marketing.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms and analytics tools.
